Cooking Courses

Villa Sterne Boutique Hotel and Health Spa is offering a new experience with the establishment of cooking courses.  We have secured celebrity chef Leon Nel, Owner / Executive Chef of Silver Orange to be your host. He has developed a series of six cooking classes, which address breakfast, finger foods, main courses meats, main courses fish, duck, etc., desserts and garnish and holiday lunch and dinner. The classes will be held every Tuesday between 09h00am – 12h00pm followed by lunch with a selection of wine.

Leon will conduct class and share his recipes with each of you. He will also give you a copy of his new cook book. The price for the cooking course is R 2,500 per person.
